An Organization of Superheros

This weekend's Board and Leadership Retreat was inspiring, informative and tons of fun and I am so thankful for the awesome group of women we have in the JLGWH. Both the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs were in attendance for Saturday's workshops covering such topics as strategic planning, effective communication, personality and leadership styles, group think focus, fudiciary responsibilities, budget basics, public relations, and the roles of a Placement Advisor. We also enjoyed an enlightening Q&A session with some key sustaining members. The superheros and wonder women that make up our League are now ready to take on the world!
